There are no pictures of eggs, bunnies or candy in this post. Although I do love those things, this is so much better.
* If you have a chance, watch/listen (I say listen because it is way more powerful to hear Elder Holland speaking) the whole talk. Totally worth it. This is one I listen to often and always come away with a deeper appreciation for our Savior.
You know I'll be going to see this. I also have all three High School Musicals on DVD if you would like to borrow them.

Some people blog about their families, fashion, what's going on in their lives, recipes, etc. Me? I blog about food. It may or may not be a problem. The new love in my life is this little yummy treat. You're welcome !
I will also leave you with a little song I'm loving. It's even better if you listen to it while eating a Take 5!
Here's a little funny conversation that took place between myself and one of my first graders today. Hopefully it gives you a little laugh in the middle of what seems like an incredibly long week (or maybe it just seems this way to me cause the furnace at work is broken and its been 83 degrees in my classroom for the past two days).
Student: Teacher (yes that's what I am called ALL the time), you know when girls sometimes get their eyebrows done. Me: Yes Student: Well, my mom does that and you know that stuff they put on your face when they are doing it? It's kinda orange? Me: The wax? Student: Yeah, the wax. The orange crayon I am using is the same color as my mom's wax. Look. It's the same color huh? Me: Wow! That's pretty neat.
On a completely different note, Kelly Clarkson (who is awesome) was on Ellen today (thank you DVR) and she pretty much rocked. Check it out. I especially love the last line she changed and sang in this performance. Been there!
