A Little Monday Randomness

I made this yesterday for dinner. It was yummy and SUPER easy! Next time I think I will use red potatoes and add a few carrots.

Lastly, I finally saw Breaking Dawn Part 1 this weekend. Don't hate me, but it was a big time let down. Kinda weirded me out and they could have cut out about half of it.
