Can't Beat Ten Bucks and Boys With Guitars!

I'm pretty much down for any concert that's only ten bucks, let alone a band I actually like. Seriously, you can barely go to a movie for that. So when a friend said she could get tickets to Plain White T's for ten bucks, I was all over that. I wish there were pictures to post, but apparently taking a camera into the concert will get ya kicked out (we witnessed a couple violators get the boot). So here 's the next best thing. Enjoy!

A Little Letter

Dear Summer,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I think it's time to break up. Thank you for the sunshine, sleeping in, tons of books read, vacation and overall lazy days. However, it's time for something I love much more, FALL!!!!

The Night Before . . .

Just a couple thoughts on the night before a new school year. Trust me when I say teachers get nervous too, but mostly excited!

"Teaching is an exhausting job. I did not, however, expect to be emotionally exhausted. I suppose the easiest way out of this dilemma would be to make myself emotionally unavailable to my students . . . Not this teacher. It's Always Twilight in Forks!

While I was in Washington this Summer I dragged my family to Forks to see all the Twilight tourist spots. So fun despite the LONG drive! Here are a few highlights.
